Spring Raja Yoga Meditation Course 2022 (8 Weeks)

Eight-Week Course: April 18 – June 9, 2022. Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Monday and Thursday at 4:30pm PST. Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators.)

Recordings of each session will be sent the following day of the live sessions.

Saturday Advanced Sessions (9:00am PST) are available as an optional add-on
