Spring Raja Yoga Meditation Course 2021 (8 weeks)
Eight Week Course led by Michele Hebert and Dr. Mehrad Nazari:
March 29 – May 20, 2021. Two 30-minute live meditation sessions per week Monday and Thursday 4:30pm PST.
Classes are online using Zoom
Recordings of each live session sent the following day.
Optional Advanced Meditation Practices: Saturdays 9:00am PST.
