Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week. Monday and Thursday at 9:00am PDT.

45-minute Saturday sessions starting at 9:00am PDT.

Summer Raja Yoga Meditation Course 2022 (16 Sessions): Recordings

This unique sixteen session Chakra Meditation Program led by Michele Hébert divides the meditation recordings into two recordings per week. The first week balances the chakras generally. The following seven weeks introduces a variety of practices directly learned from Masters of Raja Yoga to awaken and energize each of the primary seven chakras, one chakra per week. These practices support and lead to meditation.
