Winter Meditation and Raja/Hatha Yoga Program 2024 – Online

Six-Week Program: January 1 – February 10, 2024.

Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Monday and Thursday at 9:00am PST with the option of a gentle Saturday morning Hatha/Raja Yoga session emphasizing pranayama and yoga asanas to support your meditation practice.

Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators). Recordings of all sessions will be sent the next day.

Fall Meditation Program 2023 – Online

Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Tuesday and Saturday at 8:30am PDT plus one optional Sangha (spiritual gathering.)
Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators).Recordings of all sessions will be sent the next day.

Spring Meditation Course 2023 – Online

Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Monday and Thursday at 4:30pm PDT. Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators.) Recordings of each session will be sent the following day of the live sessions. Optional Saturday classes are open to seasoned meditators.
