As you have discovered, the spiritual path and meditation in particular brings many gifts. In addition to this upcoming New Year Meditation Program, I will be offering a Saturday morning pranayama and asana class to assist you in sitting quietly and tension free. Walt Baptiste said “The purpose of Hatha Yoga is to release tension from the physical body, so the mind is free to go on.”
These hatha yoga sessions will be gentle and back friendly and focus on connecting the physical poses with the thought patterns that emerge to create new pathways in our lives. A perfect preparation for sitting comfortably and releasing tension on all levels: physically, mentally and emotionally.
To assist you with your practices, we are offering new online yoga classes as well as a holiday discount code for our website, and complimentary live (online) meditations. You will receive recordings the following day.
