Once you experience the Source within through the Raja Yoga meditation practices, you don’t think of meditation as something you HAVE to do. You think of meditation as something you GET to do. You realize that it is the privilege of a lifetime to be able to connect with Source and gain mastery over your emotional states while learning to embrace life and meet its challenges.
The key to receiving the greatest benefits from meditation is consistency. Even though you have the intention of sitting down to meditate, all sorts of events and circumstances often arise to sabotage your best intention. Yet, establishing a regular meditation practice – a set period of time where you leave the outer world and dive deeply into your innermost center of being – will give back untold riches.
Based on practices shared with us by Yogi Raj Walt Baptiste and Swami Veda Bharati, Michele will offer a live on-line Meditation and Inner Practices Program beginning April 7 so that we may join together during this great time of change for our own betterment and for the betterment of the world in which we live.
