As you have discovered, the spiritual path and meditation in particular brings many gifts. In addition to this upcoming New Year Meditation Program, I will be offering a Saturday morning pranayama and asana class to assist you in sitting quietly and tension free. Walt Baptiste said “The purpose of Hatha Yoga is to release tension from the physical body, so the mind is free to go on.”

These hatha yoga sessions will be gentle and back friendly and focus on connecting the physical poses with the thought patterns that emerge to create new pathways in our lives. A perfect preparation for sitting comfortably and releasing tension on all levels: physically, mentally and emotionally.

Meditation Sessions: Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00am PST

Option 2
Hatha/Raja Yoga: Saturdays at 9:00am PST
A Saturday morning Hatha/Raja Yoga session emphasizing pranayama and yoga asanas to support your meditation practice.
Six weeks – Open to all levels.
Tuition: $98


Option 3
Both the Meditation Sessions (Mondays and Thursdays) and the Hatha/Raja Yoga Sessions (Saturdays).
Six weeks – Open to all levels.
Tuition: $198
