Six-Week Program: January 1 – February 10, 2024.
Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Monday and Thursday at 9:00am PST with the option of a gentle Saturday morning Hatha/Raja Yoga session emphasizing pranayama and yoga asanas to support your meditation practice.
Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators). Recordings of all sessions will be sent the next day.
