What is meditation?

The key to receiving the greatest benefits from meditation is consistency. You will find that even though you have the intention of sitting down to meditate, all sorts of events and circumstances inevitably arise to sabotage your best intentions. Yet, establishing a regular meditation practice – a set period of time where you leave the outer world and dive deeply within – will give back untold riches.

Eight-Week Program: January 3rd – February 24th. Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Monday and Thursday at 4:30pm PST. Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators).
Recordings of all sessions will be sent the next day.
Early-Bird Tuition until December 15th: $128
Tuition after December 15th: $148



Eight-Week Program: January 3rd – February 26th. Weekday sessions plus Saturday session.
Advanced Meditation Practices: Saturdays 9am PST.
This is a special Saturday add-on session for those of you who have been enrolled in one or more of my previous meditation programs and would like to explore Pranayama and deeper practices, such as Kriya Yoga.
Recordings of all sessions will be sent the next day.
