From time immemorial, great men and women have retreated from the world and turned inward to make connection with their source, Atman. When we tap into our source, we move consciously with grace, love and joy.

In this powerful retreat the three pillars of our focus are: Spiritual Practices, Mental Detoxification, and Applied Spirituality. The purpose is to deeply rest and cultivate joy.  Restore your physical, mental, emotional and psychic energies in the company of like-minded spirits to elevate the individual and collective consciousness. Remembering true joy is a soul quality unaffected by outer circumstances. Accessed through meditation, JOY permeates every aspect of our being and our lives.

We have picked this retreat center because of its privacy and beach front location with miles of empty beach. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious in harmony with nature. Two yoga and meditation spaces are energetically aligned with our purpose.

RETREAT LEADERS

Husband and wife teachers, Michele Hébert and Dr. Mehrad Nazari have been leading yoga-based spiritual retreats internationally for 25 years. They have studied extensively with the great Spiritual Masters of our time: YogiRaj Walt Baptiste, Swami Veda Bharati of India, H.H. The Dalai Lama and Mehrad with Kyozen Joshu Roshi of Japan and are dedicated to passing on the teachings of these spiritual giants. They believe the most direct path to Truth is through Practice.

This deeply healing yoga and meditation retreat includes:

  • Luxurious accommodations for 7-days, 6-nights at this luxurious, eco-friendly resort featuring ocean, mountain, and garden views
  • Three healthy, fresh meals each day – with seafood options several times per week and alternatives for those with dietary restrictions
  • Daily yoga classes and meditation
  • Full use of all resort amenities – including the salt water swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, meditation labyrinth, desert gardens, hammocks, and more
  • Free time with options to go horseback riding, hiking, surfing, lounging at the pool, soaking in the hot tub, watching sunsets, and star gazing

Pricing:
$2,695 per person double-occupancy (shared room)
$3,295 per person single-occupancy (private room)

Deposit: $750 will save your space.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your payment (minus a $250 office fee) will be refunded if cancellation is made on or before November 15, 2022. After November 15, 2022 deposit is non-refundable.

COVID Policy: Your health and safety are most important to us. We will be monitoring and following the CDC guidelines and will keep you informed as we get closer to the retreat dates.
