The key to receiving the greatest benefits from meditation is consistency. You will find that even though you have the intention of sitting down to meditate, all sorts of events and circumstances inevitably arise to sabotage your best intentions. Yet, establishing a regular meditation practice – a set period of time where you leave the outer world and dive deeply within – will give back untold riches.

Eight Week Session: June 21 – August 12, 2021. Two 30-minute meditation sessions per week, Monday and Thursday at 4:30pm PST. Open to ALL (new meditators and seasoned meditators.) Recordings of each session will be sent the following day of the live sessions.
