There is no better way to get to know yourself than to pay attention to your thoughts and employ the practices of self-compassion for spiritual growth. Self-Compassion is a courageous mental attitude that stands up to harm and teaches you to respond to your difficult moments and emotions with kindness, understanding and care. Practices will include Hatha Yoga and and Meditation.
