This 5-week workshop covers the practices of Mindfulness and Meditation in an easy format designed for those new to the practices and those looking for skillful instruction. Michele has been teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork for over thirty years. Her Raja Yoga teachings focuses on meditation as a spirtual pathway to develop optimal health and full human potential.
